Join Tibetan Buddhist Master Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche for a teaching on “The Buddha Path of Peace, Love and Compassion.” This is an exceptional opportunity to meet with the Dzogchen lineage of enlightened blessings embodied by one of its most outstanding masters!

Rinpoche will teach from the profound Dharma text he composed, The Buddha Path, which contains the extracted essence of all of Buddha’s teachings. The teaching will include a joyful celebration through meditation, chanting and prayer.

The event will take place on Sunday, June 15th, from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm, at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center, located on 32 E. Micheltorena Street (between State and Anacapa), Santa Barbara. The Dzogchen Buddha Foundation, a non-profit religious organization, is sponsoring the event. Donations are welcome, Rinpoche supports many projects including a school for 248 poor or orphaned children in Tibet.

Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche is a rare teacher who combines the power of Buddhist lineage, thorough academic training, and extensive meditation experience with knowledge of English and an understanding of Western students. Having received transmissions of the Buddhist canon of Sutras, Tantras and Shastras from his enlightened root masters, Rinpoche also spent seven years in secluded cave retreat in the high mountains of the Holy Dzogchen Area of Tibet where he had many profound realizations. Rinpoche is the thirty-third holder of the Dzogchen lineage teachings, a lama of Dzogchen Monastery and Khenpo (professor) of the Dzogchen Shri Singha University. His accomplishments include training in art, music, astrology and medicine; the authorship of more than thirty books; and the establishment of over one hundred Dharma centers in more than forty countries worldwide. He is always radiating the blessings of health and wisdom to all beings.
