Our world-renowned Advanced Studies & Teacher Training Program draws students from all continents. It is designed to deepen one’s understanding and practice of yoga, and may also be taken by those who are not necessarily intending to become yoga instructors. What is required is a basic understanding and experience of the practice, and a commitment to further explore the principles of yoga.

There are three options for participating in our Advanced Studies & Teacher Training Program:

1. MAIN MODULE ONLY

The MAIN MODULE (10-day Intensive, 47 hours) is a concentrated course, which covers the basic principles of teaching yoga, and will allow you to start developing and practicing your yoga teaching skills. It is also appropriate for those who do not plan to teach, but wish to deepen their understanding of yoga.
Pre-requisite: 2-3 years of yoga practice.

Successfull completion of the Main Module provides you with a Certificate of Completion. This allows you to start practice-teaching at a basic level. Most health clubs and some yoga studios will accept this basic training. However, for in-depth training, leading to Certification and Yoga Alliance Registration, please consider the full Certification Program outlined below.

2. FULL CERTIFICATION

The 200-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING CERTIFICATION PROGRAM is approved for Yoga Alliance Registration. This Program can be completed in one year. For Certification, the entire program must be completed within a 3-year deadline.

The cost of the entire Program is approximately $4,100.00, to be paid over one to three years: Each Module is offered once a year, and the Program, and thus the payments, may be extended over three years. The exact cost depends upon which Elective Modules are choosen.

All prices quoted are “early-bird" discounted prices, only applicable when full payment (deposit PLUS balance) is paid by the early-bird deadlines. After early-bird deadlines, full prices are applicable. Please see individual brochures for details.

The 200-hour Yoga Alliance Approved Teacher Training Certification Program is comprised of:

ELECTIVE MODULES
Total cost: $1200 - $1450
A minimum of 46 hours to be chosen among the following courses:

INDEPENDENT STUDY
An additional 30+ hours of Independent Studies are included in the assigned reading and homework requirements of various modules (no additional cost for these hours).

3. ADVANCED STUDIES

If your goal is to deepen your understanding of yoga - without necessarily committing to teaching or to becoming fully certified - you may take any of the individual courses offered in our Advanced Studies & Teacher Training Program. Please be aware that most courses have the Main Module (or equivalent) as pre-requisite. See individual Modules below for details.
